Our Work

What We Do

InsightCrest Foundation works at the intersection of data, innovation, quality improvement, and systems thinking. We do not implement short-term projects. We build the systems infrastructure that allows programs to keep working — and keep improving — long after our engagement ends.

Our Four Pillars

Four intersecting domains that define how InsightCrest designs, deploys, and sustains its work.

Data & Evidence

We build data systems that generate the evidence programs need to act. From assessment tools to real-time dashboards, we make data work for decisions — not just reports.

Digital Innovation

We design and deploy digital tools built for the realities of our operating environments — mobile-first, offline-capable, and interoperable with existing systems.

Quality Improvement

Using structured QI methodologies, we help organisations establish the internal capacity to continuously assess, learn, and improve their programs and service delivery.

Systems Thinking

We map systems, identify leverage points, and design interventions that shift the underlying conditions driving poor outcomes — not just the symptoms.

Where We Work

InsightCrest applies its systems improvement methodology across two primary sectors — health and education.

Health Systems Strengthening Our primary area of work

Our health work spans primary health care, maternal and child health, community health delivery, and health system governance. We work with state ministries of health, LGA-level health management teams, implementing NGOs, and donor-funded programs.

Primary Health Care

Strengthening PHC facility readiness, quality, and utilisation

Maternal & Child Health

Improving antenatal, delivery, and postnatal service delivery systems

Community Health

Deploying and supervising community health workers at scale

Health Governance

Building data systems and accountability mechanisms for health managers

Education & Learning Systems Emerging work area

We apply the same systems improvement lens to education — helping school management systems, teacher supervision structures, and learning outcome measurement frameworks become more effective and data-driven.

Who We Work With

InsightCrest Foundation does not work in isolation. Our approach is fundamentally collaborative — we partner with the organisations and institutions already embedded in the systems we are trying to strengthen.

Government Agencies

Federal and state ministries of health, LGA-level health management teams, and government-run health programs.

Implementing NGOs

Local and international NGOs implementing health, education, and social protection programs across Nigeria and the region.

Research Institutions

Academic and research partners who help us generate, validate, and translate evidence into policy and practice.

Donor Organisations

Bilateral and multilateral funders who support our programs and help us scale evidence-informed approaches.

Private Sector

Healthcare companies, digital health firms, and social enterprises aligned with our mission.

Community Organisations

CBOs, community health structures, and grassroots groups who are the last-mile connectors between systems and people.
